Someone did LOLBats with Batman, but while a creative use of an iconic figure, they aren't as funny as they could be because Batman is inherently funny. The humor of LOLCats and its endless variants comes not from something that is inherently funny, but from the juxtaposition of something that is not funny (though it may be cute and/or sexy), and witty comments that demonstrate a keen intelligence coupled with a finely tuned sense of the absurd. Of course, boredom coupled with copious free time will also do in a pinch.
With that, I give you my interpretation of what LOLBats should be!
